Asset Placement Strategist (Real Estate) - Sales

Job brief

Advise high-net-worth investors and convert investment intent into well-matched real estate asset placements.

As Sales Manager at Klehver, you will:

  • Own the sales journey from qualified lead to closure.
  • Engage with high-intent investors and clients.
  • Work closely with research and advisory teams.
  • Represent the Klehver brand with discretion and authority.

This role requires a high level of professional maturity, strong accountability and the ability to think and act independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with UHNI / HNI investors to understand long-term wealth goals.
  • Assess budgets, return expectations and investment timelines.
  • Recommend suitable residential and investment-grade projects
  • Coordinate site visits, documentation and transaction closure.
  • Maintain investor relationships throughout the placement cycle.
  • Ensure accurate updates in CRM and placement pipelines.
  • Track market trends, new launches and availability across land, apartments and villa segments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in premium or investment real estate sales.
  • Exposure to Hyderabad and/or Dubai real estate markets.
  • Strong understanding of investor expectations and deal structuring.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior investors and decision-makers.
  • Consultative approach with high ethical standards.
  • Strong follow-through and documentation discipline.

Who Should Apply

  • 6+ years of experience in premium Sales.
  • Background in real estate, advisory, financial services, or B2B consulting.
  • Hospitality Sales Background.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a lean, high-accountability environment.
